Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Beauty products
  • Bras + Bralettes
  • Bodysuits
  • Candles (if used)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Package your items securely – Include the original packing slip or order confirmation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our Miami warehouse at:

  5. Wait for processing – Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received
  • PayPal refunds may take 1-2 additional days to appear in your account

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some restricted areas in Asia):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
